I'm Cynthia Buhler, fourth grade teacher at Penryn School. I'm excited to be a part of this school and incredible community. I began my career in education in the Bay Area, where I taught Kindergarten. Nineteen years ago, my husband and I moved to Placer County. As our family began to grow, I decided to stay home with our sons. But, I couldn't stay away from teaching. I started a Spanish program teaching kids of all ages during my free time. Six years ago, I entered the classroom again teaching my favorite level, fourth grade. My students learn everyday and they help me learn everyday. When I'm not teaching, I am spending time with my family, which these days consist of soccer and more soccer.
